Skid Plate: KTM/Husky/Gas Gas 2-Stroke 250/300 (23-27)

These awesome skid plates are hand built in the USA by family-owned Molecule Motosports. Their skid plates are an exact fit for the model they are designed for, and they are built to withstand whatever you may bash into!  

The plates are constructed from UHMW, which has better wear properties than aluminum and even steel! UHMW is the equivalent to our sprocket steel in the plastics world. It's wont crack, puncture, or let you down! Better yet, it's nearly frictionless to help you slide over obstacles like pro. Other plates and guards made from HDPE or aluminum, don’t even compare; UHMW is lightweight, slides better, and keeps its shape.

"Overbilt" hard enduro plates now available! This is the plate for riders who regularly push their bike into extreme terrain. It is built for high impact abuse, blunt rock strikes, and riders who choose maximum durability over weight savings. 

Plate Features:

• Standard plates are thermo-formed from 1/4″ (6.35 mm) Billet UHMW
• "Overbilt" plates are thermo-formed from 3/8" (9.45 mm) Billet UHMW
• Unique shape reduces mud build-up & reduces weight gain

Skid plate No Link Guard– Recommended for Motocross Only (since you are probably not running into large rocks or logs on the moto track)

Linkage Guard Skidplate – Recommended for aggressive off-road riding and racing, gnarly single-track, enduro-cross, hard-enduro and by DDC Racing!   The optional built-in linkage guard is a must for the serious off-road rider.  It protects that vulnerable linkage and allows you to smoothly glide over rocks and logs. If you consider yourself a serious rider, there is no question: add the linkage guard!!

Fitment Notes: 

Skid plate utilizes the OEM mounting points. Included hardware mounts via bushing at the rear and bracket at the front. The installation is not difficult; however, it will require some patience.
