KTM Sprocket Extended Fitment

DDC Racing Rear Sprockets for KTM are part number OB1 followed by the number of teeth. For example, a 48 tooth KTM sprocket would be part number OB1-48.

All OB1 rear sprocket fit basically everything orange from 1991 to current, however we have compiled a crazy detailed list of the model bikes our OB1 sprocket fits. Why you ask? Because search engines like ridiculous amounts of information, plus its crazy to see how many different models KTM has manufactured. We have also listed the stock gearing for each year and model bike, or at least to the best of our knowledge.

KTM truly makes a lot of models! As you can see, pretty much every KTM smaller than 690cc from 1991 to present up to a 690cc uses our OB1 sprocket. The standard size KTM front sprocket we offer fits all these models up to the 560 SMR. Bikes with displacement larger than 560cc use a slightly thicker KTM front sprocket. Models larger than 690cc use a different sprockets altogether, and very often use a 525 chain.
